A Fort Lewis College alumnus, Vaughn has been part of the Boys & Girls Club movement for over 20 years, and with our Club since it opened in 2007. Vaughn has a lot of experience working with kids and teens and loves the Boys & Girls Club lifestyle because of the opportunity to give kids a great start.
Kathrene Frautschy – Director of Development
Kathrene’s passion for helping children is illustrated daily as she interacts with Club kids while juggling her busy role as Development Director. A Chicago native, Kathrene has been in Durango for 20 years. Kathrene enjoys swimming, travel, PBS and time shared with family and friends.
Megan has been part of the Boys & Girls Club team since 2007. She is Durango born, grew up in Missouri, and couldn’t wait to graduate college and return to the mountains. Her interests include writing, paddleboarding, snowboarding, hiking, and cooking.
A University of Dayton graduate, Molly brings a depth of expertise in youth development and a background in education. Molly did her internship at the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton, where she quickly realized what “an amazing organization BGCA is” and that she wanted to pursue a career working with children outside of the classroom. Molly’s passion for combining education with health and wellness, as well as all aspects of the arts, makes her a perfect fit for the Club’s varied curriculum. Originally from Georgetown Texas, Molly has lived around the country learning and growing within the field of youth development. Molly will be instrumental in guiding the Club’s programs, particularly providing the optimal Club experience.
Fahey Zink – Membership Coordinator
A Chicago native, Fayeh moved to Fort Collins at 14 and stayed through college, graduating from CSU with a degree in Sociology. Fayeh discovered her passion for working in youth development during an internship with an at-risk youth program, and discovered the need for these programs in our communities. Fahey has been working as the Site Supervisor and Membership Coordinator since she moved to Durnago in May of 2017. She says her favorite part of working at Club is the impact she has on the members, and listening to their hilarious stories! Fayeh enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog Penny.
