The Club has expanded it’s afterschool programs to serve kids and families across the Durango area and in neighboring Bayfield. Find the program that best suits your family:
- The Club@Durango 9-R is an elementary school-based afterschool program being offered at each of the 9-R elementary school sites, for students Kindergarten – 5th gr
- The Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County afterschool program at the Club (2750 Main Ave) for students 4th gr and older. 9-R bus transportation is available to bring students to the Club.
- Bayfield Friday Enrichment Program, for students 6yrs (first gr Fall 2022) and older. Kids K-5th gr will attend this program at the Bayfield Intermediate School / 5th – 8th gr students will attend this program at the Club (2750 Main Ave Durango – bus transportation to/from Bayfield Intermediate School will be provided).
Led by trusted adult role-models, daily programs and activities inspire creativity through science, technology, and craft activities, encourage social recreation, develop character and leadership skills and most especially, guide kids to know who they are…and who they want to be.

Programs are offered at Florida Mesa, Needham, Park and Riverview Elementary schools.
* Animas Valley and Fort Lewis Mesa afterschool programs are currently offered at Needham Elementary school. 9-R bus transportation from Animas Valley and Fort Lewis Mesa is provided for students to Needham. Parents/guardians pick their children up at Needham.
* Students from Sunnyside are currently attending the afterschool program at Florida Mesa elementary school. 9-R bus transportation is provided from Sunnyside, parents/guardians pick their children up at Florida Mesa.
